Don’t miss seeing the cave-country beauty that surrounds The Maple Retreat at Park Mammoth on race day as you climb the hills\, glide down the valleys\, and cross the finish line!\n\n\nRun the Maple 5k benefits SAWYER’S RACE FOR RESEARCH \n\n\n\nIn 2021 Sawyer Burch was diagnosed with TFP. His family is committed to helping Sawyer and other children with life-threatening metabolic disorders. To date our community has raised over $70\,000. Put on your cape\, you too can become a superhero! \nTFP Mitochondrial beta-oxidation trifunctional protein (TFP) deficiency impairs the body’s ability to generate cellular energy. Symptoms can lead to frequent hospitalizations and premature death. 100% of proceeds will go toward funding TFP research at UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh and will help children fighting this and other metabolic disorders. \nBlessings Overflow is a 501c3 organization.
